If you become a customer, we may also collect project materials, billing details, domain information, and communications needed to provide and support your website.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and deliver website services, maintain customer websites, process payments, communicate about projects and ongoing care, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Email and text communication

We may reply by email or, when you provide a phone number or initiate a text conversation, by text message. We use these channels for inquiries, service coordination, and customer support. Providing a phone number through the inquiry form does not enroll you in automated marketing messages.

Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe. North Meridian Works does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

Hosting, forms, and service providers

We use service providers to host and secure this website, deliver contact-form messages, process payments, register or manage domains, and operate customer websites. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their services and process it under their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies, analytics, and technical data

The site and its hosting infrastructure may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We do not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioral advertising. If optional analytics are added, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and customer information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

North Meridian Works serves businesses and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
